We believe good coaching makes changing eating behaviors easier. This nutrition platform enables coaches to set the macronutrients of their clients’ meals.

The clients can freely choose which recipes they want to eat. Our algorithms will automatically compute the ingredient amounts necessary for their needs. The client can adjust the amounts as long as they fit their macros within a certain margin.

Furthermore, the ‘compose your own meal’ feature enhances the clients’ understanding of nutrition. It explains the four sources (protein, fat, carbs, satiety) and allows a client to pick ingredients accordingly.

The protein, fat, and carbohydrate recommendations and energy calculations are rooted in science. The app hopes to inspire clients to eat less meat with its many meat-free options. However, if a client wants to, its also possible to eat meat.
